The Drive for Life Open Golf Invitational

Please join us for the 7th annual Carolina Donor Services: The Drive for Life Open Golf Invitational to benefit the Carolina Donor Services Donor Family Fund on September 14, 2009.

We will have a great day of golf at the beautiful Mill Creek Golf Club in Mebane, NC. The event will include lunch, silent auction, 4-person Captain's Choice, Cocktail reception, dinner and awards ceremony following the golf.

Dr. Brad Collins: Assistant Professor of Surgery, Division of Transplantation, Duke University Medical Center
